The dealership has great inventory, compared to other local dealerships. Neither time did she pressure me into the sale, and unlike other local dealerships they did not jack the price up for "Market Value". So I was able to leave with a fair and honest deal.
Also the building was recently renovated with open spaces and a comfortable waiting area that kept the kids entertained while I worked with finance to close the deal.
I recently bought a used car and I would highly recommend this dealership. There was no pressure to buy anything. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The lifetime power train warranty is a great bonus Joesph Hyundai offers as well. I will shop here in the future.

I was on my way back home to Ontario Canada from a trip to Kentucky when I had a complete tire blowout in the middle of Ohio on I 75 north. I didn’t know anyone and I was terrified. I first had a very bad experience with a local tire shop and found my way to the Hyundai dealership. They were absolutely wonderful to me - from the kind gentleman who found me in the parking lot and showed me where to go, to the amazing customer service representative at the service desk who heard my harrowing story and did everything he could to get me back home safely. I got myself a brand new tire for an amazing price while I sat in a clean comfortable waiting room and ate a delicious complimentary cookie (okay - two) and drank some fresh cold water and they had me out of there in record time. Every single person was so kind. I will never forget them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
